IVF Embryo Transfer Day

Scribbled Underline 2

This is the day when the embryo is gently placed into the uterus, marking the start of the hopeful journey.

The embryologist uses a soft catheter to place the embryo into the uterus with precision and care.

How the Transfer Happens

It’s normal to feel anxious, hopeful, or emotional as this is a major moment in the IVF process.

A Day Filled With Emotions

Light rest is recommended after the transfer, though complete bed rest is usually not necessary.

Rest After the Procedure

You may experience light cramping, slight fatigue, or minimal spotting after the procedure.

Mild Symptoms Are Normal

Progesterone and other hormonal medications continue to support the uterine lining for implantation.

Continued Hormonal Support

This period allows the embryo to implant naturally as your body starts producing early pregnancy hormones.
